What do we Mean by Cheap?

CheapFast is a considerably larger particle size than our lower micron powders, and is treated in a much lower cost process to improve its adsorbent properties. Those two factors mean manufacturing and handling CheapFast is ultimately much cheaper for us, and we pass that savings directly to you.

What we DON'T mean by Cheap.

We DON'T mean it doesn't perform well. In fact, CheapFast granular attapulgite filter media removed the highest percentage of color bodies in bench and field testing and consistently produces the highest clarity extracts of any product we've encountered to date.

What Makes it Fast?

Being a granular filtration aid, CheapFast boast flow-rates so high that balancing flow-rate and residence time is regularly dictated by restricting outlet flow with lower-micron filter aides or by partially opening/closing valves. Alternatively, some labs have taken to using much longer, narrower filter housings to increase residence time reducing vessel footprints, or leading to greatly extended batch limits.

Its granular nature also makes it very easy to work with for you, this means swapping filter stacks is faster resulting in less downtime and lower labor needs further cementing it as a product that can only be known as CheapFast.

*Density is based on hand/vibratory packing. Actual density will be higher after vacuum and positive pressure is applied.

Instructions:

Add at least 4, but up to 8, ounces of CheapFast per 1 pound of biomass, or as little as 1 ounce of crude oil.
